Spacious Grassy and Wooded Area
The 1-acre neighborhood common space, adjacent to the pool, tennis courts, pickleball courts, and basketball courts, offers a lush, grassy expanse with wooded sections, perfect for relaxation and recreation.


Convenient Parking and Sidewalk Access
The common area features dedicated parking for cars, golf carts, or bikes, and connects to sidewalks, making it easily accessible for residents to enjoy its amenities and explore the neighborhood.


Family-Friendly Activities
Families can enjoy picnics, throwing a ball or frisbee, and other outdoor games, taking full advantage of the open grassy space for fun and memorable gatherings.


Common Grounds Rules
All grounds and facilities are for the exclusive use of Spring Creek Residents and their guest. Guests must be accompanied by a Spring Creek Resident.
The common area closes at 10 pm every night unless special arrangements are made.
Vehicles may not be left in the parking lot past 10 pm. Violators will be ticketed and/or have their vehicle towed at their expense.
Bikes should be parked at the bicycle rack provided
The common area belongs to all residents of Spring Creek, and everyone is responsible for keeping it a clean and a pleasant part of our community.
